What you will do
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to provide seamless technical integration experiences.
- Act as a technical expert on the AI platform to support customer onboarding and highlight integration benefits.
- Advise customers on integration solutions tailored to their use cases and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop reusable toolkits, APIs, SDKs, and comprehensive developer resources.
- Create and maintain detailed API documentation and reference architectures for developers.
- Coordinate with support and technical operations to resolve customer technical issues.
- Gather developer feedback to continuously improve integration tools and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with strong academic record.
- Experience in software development, system integration, and creating developer-facing resources such as APIs and SDKs.
- Strong skills in Fullstack web development and cloud architecture fundamentals preferred.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, Python, or equivalent languages/frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present technical information clearly.
- Customer-facing experience with technical personas and strong interpersonal skills.
