What you will do

• Conduct technical assessments of prospective partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals and technology adoption.
• Develop and deliver tailored technical enablement programs and provide ongoing support for solution integration and deployment.
• Collaborate with partner sales teams to qualify and close opportunities, offering technical guidance through demos and architectural recommendations.
• Lead technical support during initial projects to ensure successful implementations and mentor partner technical teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by addressing complex technical inquiries and providing product feedback.
• Create and maintain internal documentation and playbooks for partner engagements and share insights from successful use cases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
• Experience enabling and scaling SI and Consulting partner networks, focusing on delivering high-quality customer outcomes.
• Understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products.
• Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions and knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
• Industry experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript and working with REST APIs.
• Effective presenter and communicator who can translate business and technical topics to all audiences.
