What you will do

• Own and run the finance systems roadmap including design, implementation, and maintenance of systems and integrations.
• Lead vendor selection, implementation, and integration projects.
• Automate core finance processes and build reconciliations between CRM, ERP, and other systems.
• Maintain data integrity, master-data governance, and monitor integrations.
• Create requirements, specifications, run UAT, and deliver training and documentation.
• Act as first-line escalation for system incidents and manage release/upgrade cycles.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years experience managing finance systems in a SaaS environment.
• Strong NetSuite experience and Salesforce familiarity.
• Technical fluency with middleware, APIs, data automation, and scripting.
• Proven track record in vendor implementations and cross-functional project delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and training skills.

Nice to have

• NetSuite admin or consultant certifications.
• Experience with subscription billing, FP&A tools, HRIS, and AP automation.
• Accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or SOX experience.
