Lead Full Stack Software Developer (SaaS): Leading the development of customer-facing products with an accent on system design, architecture, and implementation. Focus on building scalable SaaS platforms and ensuring high standards in software development.

Location: Remote (initially) with plans to establish an office in Cape Town

What you will do

Lead technical design and implementation of software solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software.
Support production systems and resolve issues as they arise.
Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in full stack development.
Fluency in JavaScript and TypeScript (5+ years).
Experience with NodeJS, Vue, SQL Server, and AWS.
Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevSecOps methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
