AI/ML Engineer (AI Systems for Security)

What you will do

• Design and develop AI-enhanced systems that help security researchers navigate large codebases and analyze complex attack surfaces.
• Build tools for identifying subtle weaknesses across silicon, microarchitecture, boot ROMs, firmware, kernels, system frameworks, browsers, and user applications.
• Track advances in fundamental and applied AI and translate relevant techniques into production-grade security tools.
• Work alongside security researchers to evaluate systems using fuzzing, static and dynamic analysis, code review, and related techniques.
• Help build software that strengthens hirify.global’s defenses against advanced threats and improves critical security processes.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms and evaluation methods.
• Hands-on experience designing agents and working with MCP/tools, observability, evaluations, and self-improvement loops.
• Strong software engineering and programming skills in Python, C, C++, Swift, or Objective-C.
• Collaborative problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling LLM training and fine-tuning, including pretraining, supervised fine-tuning, and alignment.
• Strong interest in security.
• Familiarity with fuzzing, static analysis, code-analysis tooling, reverse engineering, and binary analysis.
