AI & Security Systems Engineer

What you will do

• Explain, demonstrate, and help implement AI and security solutions for enterprise prospects and customers.
• Qualify sales prospects and leads from a technical perspective.
• Lead hands-on evaluations and manage proof-of-concept engagements.
• Answer technical questions, communicate plans, and manage customer expectations.
• Collaborate with marketing on technical content and support conferences, trade shows, and events.
• Work with engineering to troubleshoot prospect issues, provide product feedback, and influence product and technology direction.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience, including at least 5 years as a Sales Engineer in enterprise technology.
• Technical knowledge of cybersecurity and/or artificial intelligence systems.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, deployment models, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with enterprise technology sales processes involving IT, DevOps, or cybersecurity teams.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to present technical solutions clearly.
• Self-motivated, curious, adaptable, and passionate about cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise technology.
