What you will do
- Review and respond to community interactions across social media platforms.
- Create engaging social media content and build reports on community growth and engagement.
- Assist developers by collating and reporting player feedback.
- Moderate discussions to maintain a safe and welcoming community environment.
- Propose improvements and new ways to grow the community.
- Maintain and update community documentation as needed.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of professional experience in community or social media management in gaming.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Passion for video games and social media platforms like Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Experience managing or moderating active gaming communities.
- Higher education in marketing, business administration, communication, or related fields.
Nice to have
- Bilingualism, especially English with French, Spanish, or German.
