What you will do

  • Respond to public social media comments and manage direct messages with a human, brand-aligned tone.
  • Handle customer service inquiries regarding subscriptions, billing, account access, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Use CRM tools to document cases, track customer history, and ensure accurate outcomes.
  • Provide basic product guidance and perform technical triage, escalating high-risk or VIP issues as needed.
  • Utilize AI-assisted drafting tools to maintain speed, accuracy, and empathy in all communications.
  • Contribute to consistent quality standards across rotating shifts.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and oral).
  • Spanish proficiency of B1 or higher.
  • 2+ years of experience in social care, community management, or digital customer service.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift on a rotating schedule.
  • Comfortable handling billing, subscription, and technical troubleshooting issues.
  • Stable home internet connection and a suitable working environment.

Nice to have

  • Near-native fluency in Portuguese.
  • Experience with CRM or social tools like Sprout or Sprinklr.
  • Background in supporting subscription-based or SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with creative/technical digital tools or generative AI.
