Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Gdansk, Poland
• English: Good communication skills required
• 5+ years hands-on experience in Java backend/core development.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is ideal.
• Proven people leadership skills including mentoring and career development.
• Strong foundation in OOP, data structures, algorithms, and scalable architectures.

Nice to have
