What you will do
- Develop and manage a structured backlog of growth hypotheses focused on acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Act as the project owner for growth experiments, coordinating execution with various teams.
- Design, launch, and evaluate A/B tests across paid channels and onboarding flows.
- Analyze user behavior and campaign data to identify conversion bottlenecks.
- Maintain a transparent experiment tracking system with clear outcomes.
- Present experiment results and insights to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing in fintech or banking.
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests and data-driven experiments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define success metrics.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and user lifecycle measurement.
- Fluent in English; familiarity with the Philippine market is a plus.
