What you will do

• Publish, update, and maintain website pages using the CMS and component-based templates.
• Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Own the end-to-end translation publishing workflow, including intake, tracking, reviews, and launch.
• Partner with translation vendors and internal reviewers to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of multilingual content.
• Coordinate content updates with internal stakeholders and ensure work is delivered on schedule.
• Work with developers and agencies on site enhancements, bug fixes, and new components.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in website content management / web operations.
• CMS experience, including WordPress, is required.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS to diagnose and fix common formatting/layout issues.
• Experience managing multilingual websites and translation workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to QA across devices/browsers.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Must be based in the Philippines to adhere to the hybrid work model (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

• Familiarity with SEO basics (metadata, internal linking, redirects, canonical/hreflang concepts).

• Comfortable working with ticketing systems (Monday/Jira/ClickUp) and structured release processes.
