What you will do

• Deliver and execute the marketing strategy, focusing on brand awareness and lead generation.
• Develop multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, and partner channels to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with proposition leads to translate complex ideas into compelling campaigns.
• Lead growth initiatives for US market expansion and membership growth.
• Manage industry events, webinars, and thought leadership activations.
• Optimize campaigns through continuous performance data analysis and audience insights.

Requirements

• Proven track record (5+ years) in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally within a B2B professional services, consultancy, or media environment.
• The most recent three years of experience must be focused on growth marketing, lead generation, and campaign management at manager level.
• Demonstrable experience designing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media, and partner-led amplification.
• Experience managing events, webinars, and sponsored content partnerships.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and optimise for results.
• Experience supporting international market growth, ideally with exposure to the US market.
