What you will do

  • Deliver marketing strategy and plans with a clear focus on brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across digital, social, and partner channels.
  • Translate complex consulting propositions into insight-led, compelling marketing narratives.
  • Lead strategic growth initiatives focused on US market expansion and membership network development.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of industry events, webinars, and thought leadership activations.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and conversion metrics to continuously optimize results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record in B2B professional services, consultancy, or media environments.
  • At least 3 years focused specifically on growth marketing and campaign management at a manager level.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, and partner-led amplification strategies.
  • Proven ability to support international market growth, preferably with US market exposure.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and stakeholder management capability.
