• Manage and strategize the Endpoint Engineering team focusing on user experience, service, and delivery.
• Define, implement, and improve digital workplace technologies and standards.
• Lead a geographically diverse team ensuring operational excellence in ITIL functions and lifecycle management.
• Attract, develop, and retain high-caliber talent while managing vendors and service providers.
• Drive secure computing practices and champion advanced analytics and automation.
• Collaborate with security, identity, networking, and operations teams to ensure seamless technology delivery.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York or Charlotte, United States
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or relevant field with minimum 8 years IT experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Core Infrastructure, Windows/Mac security, cloud VDI, networking, and device management.
• Proven leadership in managing diverse teams and complex digital workplace technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English: B2 or higher proficiency required
