What you will do

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key GTM metrics such as pipeline generation, sales cycle length, and conversion rates.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions and tactical actions.
• Collaborate with Client Engagement Management to develop accurate, data-driven sales forecasts.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of GTM data across ERP and Sales Portal systems.
• Identify and implement improvements to analytical processes and tools to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Advanced level of English required.
• 3-5 years experience in GTM analytics, sales operations, or revenue operations in B2B SaaS or top-tier consulting.
• 1-2 years experience in tech companies.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Databricks and Tableau.
• Degree from a top-tier Latin American university, top 5% of class.

Nice to have

• Experience with sales analytics.
• Background in Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• 1+ year experience with Python, R, or another programming language.
• 5+ years experience working with Tableau.
