Product Designer

Location: Hybrid in New York or San Francisco, United States

Salary: $160K–$250K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Design and maintain core product features and infrastructure across the platform.
• Interview users, analyze feedback, and synthesize research to inform product priorities.
• Design and prototype intuitive interfaces for data, enrichment, workflows, and software-building experiences.
• Create scalable abstractions and interaction patterns for complex product capabilities, including parallel and sequential workflow actions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams while owning initiatives from problem definition through delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Ability to identify important problems, evaluate multiple solutions, and communicate design tradeoffs clearly.
• Strong systems-thinking skills and ability to simplify complex workflows through understandable interfaces.
• Experience designing responsive interactions rather than only static screens.
• Ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs and collaborate effectively through visual, verbal, and written communication.
• Customer-focused approach to product design and iterative improvement.
