What you will do

• Lead 1 to 3 high-impact cross-functional strategic projects each quarter with clear success metrics
• Align stakeholders across Operations, Revenue, Product, Finance, and Enablement teams
• Identify and evaluate new service offerings, customer segments, and partnership opportunities
• Analyze market and performance data to uncover growth levers and build business cases
• Design scalable, efficient operational processes and lead root-cause analyses
• Maintain and communicate a prioritized initiative roadmap with regular updates to leadership

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Chicago or New York, United States
• 7+ years experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or high-growth startup
• Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency; familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with process mapping and scalable system design; Lean Six Sigma a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in fast-paced environments
