What you will do

• Create and execute crisis communication strategies and maintain communication plans.
• Serve as primary media contact for crisis-related inquiries and manage media relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Communications, Product, Legal, Safety, Policy, and Operations teams.
• Develop clear, transparent communications to protect corporate brand during crises.
• Draft playbooks, statements, FAQs, and talking points for diverse audiences.
• Maintain composure and navigate rapidly evolving situations effectively.

Requirements
