What you will do
- Own and grow multiple e-commerce brands end-to-end, overseeing performance, profitability, and business development.
- Lead strategic initiatives and experiments across sales funnels, pricing, offers, and business models.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure product offers are efficiently monetized.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data, and Tech teams to deliver growth initiatives.
- Use analytics and user insights from millions of sessions to prioritize experiments and improve user journeys.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance-driven e-commerce or digital advertising as a Conversion Strategist or Product Owner.
- Ability to connect product, pricing, and user experience with revenue growth.
- Confident use of Looker or other analytics platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and translating insights into data-backed actions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize high-impact work, and collaborate across functions.
