What you will do

• Provide Level 2 support focusing on identity management issues.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Provide technical analysis and recommendations to leadership.
• Analyze and tune system performance and capacity.
• Ensure data integrity, protection, and security standards.
• Manage user management support and related processes end to end.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in Barcelona, Spain (hybrid model).
• Minimum 2 years experience in Service Desk or similar roles.
• High level of spoken and written English (level test required).
• Technical IT background with user management skills.
• Knowledge of identity management technologies such as AD, Google, Sailpoint.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation and coding.
