What you will do

• Own campaign spending decisions and optimize resource allocation to meet growth targets.
• Wrangle complex datasets to develop hypotheses and design A/B tests.
• Analyze experimental results using statistical techniques to guide strategic decision making.
• Collaborate with Expansion Managers, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize investment impact.
• Contribute to the global campaigns playbook, internal processes, and product requests.

Requirements

• BS degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
• At least 4 years of experience in an analytical role handling large volumes of data.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python.
• Solid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with A/B testing.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, pricing/discount strategy, or on-demand services.
• Experience with R.
