What you will do

• Join one of the Fintech Teams to work on client-facing fintech functionalities.
• Build products that improve the lives of 75k unique daily users.
• Collaborate with a mature, interdisciplinary development team focused on quality and safety.
• Have a real impact on technical decisions.
• Be in direct contact with the community of users, who are eager to share their feedback.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in programming Rails applications.
• Expert knowledge of Ruby and Rails, with an understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and SOLID principles.
• Experience working with high-availability systems.
• Experience with Sidekiq.
• Ability to estimate, design, and build a small epic end-to-end.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.
