What you will do
- Own customer relationships during initial onboarding phase for new key accounts.
- Handle long-term support requests for training and coaching for all key accounts.
- Effectively communicate client information, trends, and feedback across teams.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and recommend areas for improvement.
- Organize details, timelines, and actions to drive efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years experience in customer success, implementation, or sales.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven success in developing relationships with new customers.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
