TL;DR

Partnerships Lead (Fintech, Web3): Driving commercial opportunities and securing mutually exclusive deals with partners in the North American capital markets, supporting institutional customers. Focus on developing joint go-to-market strategies, cultivating deep relationships with key decision-makers, and embedding Chainlink technology into operational flows.

Location: Remote (US East Coast) — Must be based in NYC or other East Coast hubs. Overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST) is requested.

Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform, powering decentralized finance (DeFi) and bringing capital markets on-chain for advanced blockchain use cases.

What you will do

  • Sign mutually exclusive deals with highest priority partners.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and business plans to drive mutual revenue growth and brand visibility.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with priority partners servicing tokenization and TradFi operations.
  • Embed Chainlink technology and products into partner operational flows and technology stacks.
  • Drive early-stage pipeline generation through targeted discovery and qualification based on entity needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in banking and capital markets, institutional finance, business development, or partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of TradFi and DeFi markets and their tech infrastructure.
  • Experience working in a startup/fintech or fast-paced environment with evidence of converting high work ethic into stand out personal and team results.
  • Strong relationship management ability to identify, build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and partners.
  • Must be based in NYC or other East Coast hubs.

Nice to have

  • Strong track record in Partnerships/Channel Sales/ISV and Alliances.
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
  • Tokenization industry expertise, including a strong understanding of the Institutional RWA landscape and/or digital asset management.
  • Strong experience selling solutions to Custodians, Fund Administrators, and other partners in the tokenized asset mobility value chain.
