What you will do

• Define and execute a global enablement strategy supporting all stages of the seller journey including onboarding and upskilling
• Drive go-to-market management initiatives and adoption of new tools and processes
• Lead sales enablement projects to improve onboarding, learning, and sales productivity
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes to support growth and sales effectiveness
• Own and optimize sales tech stack including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Develop scalable learning experiences such as playbooks, talk-tracks, and training modules

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid from Prague
• 5+ years experience in sales enablement or related roles in SaaS B2B companies
• Proven success in building and scaling enablement programs impacting sales performance
• Strong knowledge of enablement platforms like Clari-Co pilot and Mindtickle LMS
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
