What you will do
- Define and execute a global enablement strategy supporting all stages of the seller journey including onboarding and upskilling
- Drive go-to-market management initiatives and adoption of new tools and processes
- Lead sales enablement projects to improve onboarding, learning, and sales productivity
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes to support growth and sales effectiveness
- Own and optimize sales tech stack including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Develop scalable learning experiences such as playbooks, talk-tracks, and training modules
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid from Prague
- 5+ years experience in sales enablement or related roles in SaaS B2B companies
- Proven success in building and scaling enablement programs impacting sales performance
- Strong knowledge of enablement platforms like Clari-Co pilot and Mindtickle LMS
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
