What you will do
- Act as a subject matter expert on the hirify.global platform, supporting customers and internal stakeholders throughout the sales process.
- Partner with Sales to conduct structured discovery, identifying customer goals, challenges, risks, and success criteria.
- Design and deliver engaging, outcome-oriented product demonstrations that connect hirify.global capabilities to customer use cases.
- Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and clear articulation of customer needs.
- Continuously build industry knowledge across sales execution, revenue operations, and AI-driven workflows.
Requirements
- Experience: 4-6+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a related customer-facing role within SaaS.
- Experience working with CRM ecosystems (e.g. Salesforce) and an interest in data, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
- Strong communication skills to present to a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to translate customer goals and challenges into scalable, outcome-focused solutions.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with Sales, Product, and Services teams.
