TL;DR

Revenue Enablement Manager (SaaS): Helping the global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization close and retain customers through compelling, value-driven messaging with an accent on building talk tracks, sales assets, onboarding programs, and internal resources. Focus on shaping how hirify.global communicates value to prospects and customers across the entire journey.

Location: Based in Berlin with occasional travel to team meetups in the US or the Berlin HQ.

What you will do

  • Create slide decks, proposal templates, and supporting assets to help Account Executives communicate hirify.global’s value.
  • Partner with Content Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across prospect and customer touchpoints.
  • Design onboarding programs and clear documentation to get new GTM team members productive quickly.
  • Train and support teams on how to use enablement materials effectively, driving adoption and consistency.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to strengthen a coaching culture and optimize sales tooling for coaching and development.
  • Work with Revenue Operations to align enablement initiatives with GTM processes, systems, and tooling.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a value-driven, consultative sales environment, ideally within B2B enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them in a remote, global workforce.
  • Proven experience supporting, enabling, and coaching sales or GTM teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tell clear value stories.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.
  • A strong sense of ownership, with a track record of executing complex projects end-to-end.

Nice to have

  • Interest or experience in loyalty, promotions, or marketing technology is a plus.
  • Experience applying AI tools or concepts in a sales enablement or education context.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetups (approximately 1–3 times per year).
