What you will do
- Engage with potential new customers through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to identify new opportunities.
- Generate appointments for the sales team across Europe.
- Help prospects understand hirify.global’s value and how it supports their business.
- Meet daily and weekly key activity metrics.
- Extensively use CRM (Salesforce and Outreach) to maintain accurate information.
- Invest in personal development by following trainings and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- Native or C1 German speaking required.
- Desire to work in a quickly growing industry and achieve targets.
- Ability to demonstrate an aptitude for technology.
- Drive to grow and thrive in a Tech Sales company.
- Inquisitive mind and a strong desire to understand the industry and customers.
