TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (German Speaking): Engaging potential customers to identify opportunities and generate appointments for the sales team, with an accent on cold calling and multi-channel outreach. Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Austria (minimum 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home). Native or C1 German speaking required.

What you will do

  • Engage with potential new customers through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to identify new opportunities.
  • Generate appointments for the sales team across Europe.
  • Help prospects understand hirify.global’s value and how it supports their business.
  • Meet daily and weekly key activity metrics.
  • Extensively use CRM (Salesforce and Outreach) to maintain accurate information.
  • Invest in personal development by following trainings and sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Native or C1 German speaking required.
  • Desire to work in a quickly growing industry and achieve targets.
  • Ability to demonstrate an aptitude for technology.
  • Drive to grow and thrive in a Tech Sales company.
  • Inquisitive mind and a strong desire to understand the industry and customers.
  • Great communication skills and ability to interact and build rapport.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be intrinsically motivated.
  • Growth mindset.

  • Past SaaS sales experience.
