What you will do

• Design and own the global enablement roadmap, encompassing new hire onboarding, continuous learning, and sales leadership development.
• Lead high-impact training sessions, bootcamps, and workshops.
• Act as the global champion for Value Selling methodology.
• Partner with Product Marketing to enable the field on hirify.global’s expanding portfolio.
• Implement systems to inspect the adoption of training and measure its direct impact on sales velocity and win rates.
• Define and track KPIs to prove the ROI of enablement initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Sales Enablement or Sales Leadership, with 3+ years managing global teams.
• Direct experience in mid-market to enterprise SaaS/PaaS sales.
• Experience in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in Value Selling.
