What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture of AIOps platform including observability stack, event correlation, ITSM integration, CMDB, and automation frameworks.
• Design AI/ML-driven correlation engines and intelligent agent interfaces for root cause analysis and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, SREs, and platform teams to translate business needs into system blueprints.
• Provide technical leadership during design, development, and rollout of AIOps features.
• Contribute to architectural governance, design reviews, and standardization of reusable components.
• Benchmark solutions against leading AIOps platforms in the market.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Singapore
• 8+ years in IT architecture, DevOps/SRE, or enterprise cloud platforms with 3+ years in AIOps or observability systems.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools, ML-based correlation engines, ITSM systems, and intelligent agent development.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation, CMDB modeling, cloud-native architecture including Kubernetes and microservices.
• Proficiency in scalable data pipelines, real-time analytics, AI-driven recommendation engines, and understanding of security and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for global architectural decisions.
