Location: Remote, based in Poland, Poznań
Salary: Up to 24,000 PLN net (+ VAT) on B2B contract or up to 20,000 PLN gross on employment contract

What you will do
- Lead product development of the Central Reservation System focusing on user-centric and AI-powered solutions.
- Create data-driven customer acquisition and retention strategies using AI insights.
- Conduct continuous product discovery and validation in collaboration with UX and AI tools.
- Translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps and success criteria.
- Maintain strong communication and alignment with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Establish and optimize product management processes leveraging AI for efficiency.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as Product Manager or higher product leadership role.
- Proven product-driven mindset focused on long-term business goals.
- Experience with hotel distribution-management systems including CRS, channel managers, or RMS.
- Experience developing scalable SaaS platforms with multi-tenant data management.
- Proficiency in AI tools for market research, user insights, and prototyping.
- English and Polish language skills at minimum C1 level.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Deep understanding of Agile product development processes.
