What you will do

• Define usable KPIs or metrics for business processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and deliver actionable insights.
• Present findings and dashboard walkthroughs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with data engineers on data pipeline improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Strong business acumen.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English.
