Full Stack Developer (TypeScript/React/Node.js)

Location: Remote within the EU or Poland

Compensation: Junior B2B 6,000–9,000 PLN per month; Mid B2B 10,000–17,000 PLN per month; Senior B2B 18,000–25,000 PLN per month.

What you will do

• Build and maintain client products using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Work directly with clients and collaborate with project managers and the engineering team.
• Contribute to product vision and direction across projects in different industries.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in full code review.
• Manage and organize work independently while contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Commercial experience with React and a solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of CSS approaches including CSS-in-JS, CSS modules, SCSS, and Tailwind.
• Understanding of web platform APIs, server-client communication, and database efficiency.
• English at B2+ for communication with clients and partners.
• Polish at B2+ for internal communication.
• Remote work experience, transparent communication, attention to detail, self-management, and openness to feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native.
• Curiosity about and practical use of AI tools in development, design, or problem-solving.
