What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for the Agentic AI Platform including user research, workshops, and usability testing.
• Design intuitive interfaces for diverse users balancing AI capabilities with pharma-grade compliance.
• Collaborate with domain experts to transform complex pharma workflows into modular, explainable experiences.
• Build interfaces that emphasize trust, compliance, and explainability with human-in-the-loop AI interaction paradigms.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate with real users and engineers to refine product demos and features.
• Establish design culture, principles, and tooling to scale the design function as the company grows.

Requirements

• Fluent English required with 5+ years in product design, preferably in enterprise B2B SaaS, AI, or data-heavy products.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Ability to translate complex systems and compliance requirements into clear user experiences.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and shaping zero-to-one products.
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
• Bonus: experience with no-code/low-code interfaces, workflow builders, or regulated sectors like Life Sciences or MedTech.
