Location: Remote, based in India (Mumbai)

What you will do

  • Provide voice of customer feedback to internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain long-term key customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand goals and ambitions.
  • Prioritize and align project plans with customer strategic needs and milestones.
  • Develop Customer Success methodologies and lead team productivity initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with different company areas.

Requirements

  • Must be based in India (Mumbai) and able to work remotely.
  • Experience in Customer Success, preferably B2B.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience in payments is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to travel and work proactively in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Background in Project Management or Customer Success Management with proven track record.
