What you will do

• Manage and drive sales pipeline with reseller partners, including regular cadence calls and quarterly visits.
• Act as primary contact for partners, addressing inquiries and exploring new business opportunities.
• Enable partners with sales tools, marketing collateral, and technical resources.
• Set and monitor sales targets and performance objectives for partners.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to improve partner experience.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US for remote work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in partner management, business development, or sales in EV charging or related industries.
• Strong understanding of EV charging technology and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
