What you will do

  • Develop a scalable, highly available global voice platform as part of an agile team.
  • Apply performance and scalability principles in software development.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering leaders, and test engineers.
  • Mentor and train junior team members.
  • Engage with customers to improve voice solutions based on feedback.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in software development and VOIP troubleshooting.
  • Strong expertise in WebRTC, SIP signaling, and JavaScript.
  • Practical experience in C++ or Java for at least two years.
  • Experience with audio media analysis, debugging, and complex system problem solving.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant discipline.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, RTP, RTCP, and network protocols.
  • Experience in telecom or IoT fields.
  • Experience with Contact Centre, IVR, Virtual Agents, and telecom service providers.
