Salary: $115,000-$125,000

What you will do

  • Lead elicitation and documentation of complex business requirements for registry and data system solutions.
  • Produce detailed project lifecycle documentation including business cases and specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes and recommend scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide analytic support including data extraction, interpretation, and reporting on registry trends.
  • Coordinate with project and product management to manage risks and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead integration and user acceptance testing to ensure compliance with project and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of business analysis experience, ideally in registry, data systems, fintech, or environmental commodities sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create robust project artifacts and functional specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and SQL; experience with data visualization preferred.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and professional certifications preferred.
