Compensation Range: $160K - $200K

What you will do

• Own the hiring goals and recruiting process from role kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines of highly qualified candidates.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience with clear communication and timely updates.
• Continuously refine and scale recruiting processes to increase efficiency.
• Track and analyze metrics to inform recruiting strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proven success sourcing candidates for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and/or People teams.
• Strong ownership of hiring goals and proactive process improvements.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple searches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
