What you will do

• Drive development and enhancement of core AI products and models for government and enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end AI solutions in secure and regulated environments.
• Design, build, and fine-tune LLM-powered software and internal tooling to improve workflows.
• Benchmark models and develop evaluation frameworks to ensure performance and compliance.
• Analyze system outputs and logs to maintain reliability and auditability.
• Refine SDKs and developer documentation based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Must have government partnership experience or eligibility for U.S. security clearance.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience in high-reliability or secure environments.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with strong API design and secure coding skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience implementing AI/ML products with APIs, backend, and frontend components.
• Ability to translate business and mission needs into engineering solutions for government or enterprise clients.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI evaluation frameworks and deploying ML models in secure or cloud government environments.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
• Expertise in writing developer documentation and maintaining SDKs.
• Ability to work with large datasets and optimize system performance for mission-critical workloads.
