What you will do

• Support the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, analysis, and iteration.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, legal, and operations to deliver high-quality features.
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to guide prioritization and measure success.
• Create and maintain product documentation to ensure alignment across teams.
• Communicate product updates and progress to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management or relevant experience in institutional finance, consulting, or technical product roles
• Foundational knowledge of institutional finance and product development principles.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort working in ambiguity.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Deep interest in digital assets, tokenization, DeFi, and future financial markets
