What you will do
- Develop and execute proactive hiring and sourcing strategies for GTM roles
- Own full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing to hiring top talent
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience and act as brand ambassador
- Use data-driven approaches to improve recruiting processes
- Lead usage of new tools for talent mapping and market intelligence
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to commute to Austin office 1-2 times per week
- Experience in high-volume GTM recruiting with quality hires at scale
- Strong relationship-building and closing skills
- Process-oriented mindset with ability to improve recruiting operations
- Proactive and creative sourcing approach using diverse channels
- English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English)
