What you will do

• Partner with Sales, GTM, and Professional Services leaders to define hiring profiles and interview plans.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for quota-carrying Sales and Professional Services roles across assigned regions.
• Act as a talent advisor providing market insights on candidate supply and compensation.
• Build strong, diverse candidate pipelines using outbound sourcing and strategic platforms.
• Design and run structured interview processes ensuring high candidate experience and hiring standards.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing, calibration, and decision-making.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Sandy, UT, USA with hybrid work model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years recruiting experience across multiple job levels, especially Sales and Professional Services roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
