Salary: $152,000 - $209,000 (USD)

What you will do

• Design and lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for high-priority G&A roles.
• Build and maintain deep partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Architect and continually improve screening, assessment, and interview frameworks.
• Analyze and report recruiting funnel data, driving continuous process improvements.
• Evaluate, calibrate, and elevate candidate experience at every stage.
• Strategically develop and amplify employment branding initiatives and lead advanced diversity and inclusion efforts.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco Bay Area and able to collaborate in person 2 days a week.
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Proactively manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
