What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, track progress, and mitigate risks
• Lead and motivate a team of software engineers, set goals, and oversee wellbeing
• Utilize technical expertise to shape software development lifecycle and provide feedback on design and code
• Enhance testing processes and participate in code reviews
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and capture key learnings

Requirements

• Must have 5-7 years experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
• Experience reporting to Founder or Senior Leadership
• Preferably experience in small, high-growth scale-up organizations
• Background in e-commerce, online marketplace, or OTA business preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Project Management or Agile certifications advantageous
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Exposure to the company tech stack including Kubernetes, Python/Django, Vue.js, PostgreSQL
