What you will do

• Establish and implement a formal QA program for data integration and ETL workflows across enterprise systems.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans for SSIS and Azure Data Factory pipelines, validating data transformations and load accuracy.
• Define and implement QA automation frameworks for data validation, regression testing, and CI/CD integration using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to align QA efforts with project goals and ensure compliance with business rules and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct performance and scalability testing for ETL jobs and optimize data validation scripts for accuracy and efficiency.
• Create technical documentation, mentor QA team members, and support knowledge transfer for operational teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years in QA/testing, including at least 5 years focused on data integration and ETL testing.
• Hands-on experience testing Snowflake and Azure cloud services (ADF, ADLS, Function App, Batch, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF) for validating data transformations and load accuracy.
