What you will do

• Manage and update the IT asset lifecycle, including provisioning, imaging, inventory tracking, and end-of-life preparation.
• Perform diagnostics, deployments, data wipes, legal holds, and manage warranty claims with vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and support IT projects effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation for repairs, deployments, and quality assurance processes.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, Outlook) and Symantec Imaging Software for system setup and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards for security and asset management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in desktop support and IT asset management.
• Strong proficiency in managing IT asset lifecycle, including provisioning, imaging, and deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, Outlook) and Symantec Imaging Software for system setup and maintenance.
