What you will do

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and actionable insights.

• Create clear visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively.
• Optimize and deploy predictive models into production environments for scalability and performance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Malvern, PA, United States
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, machine learning, or predictive modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English: Required proficiency (B2 or higher)
