What you will do

• Lead performance testing efforts for applications built on .NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Design and implement performance test strategies including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Develop and maintain automated performance tests using JMeter, LoadRunner, Visual Studio, or Azure DevOps Load Testing.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with architects and development teams to recommend optimizations.
• Monitor application performance in pre-production and production environments to ensure stability.
• Prepare detailed performance reports for stakeholders highlighting key metrics and recommendations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely from Plano, TX, United States
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in performance testing and optimization for enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps Load Testing.
• Experience with Microsoft tech stack: .NET, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Proven ability to design and execute performance test strategies and analyze results.
