• Generate and communicate data-driven insights to influence product and business decisions.
• Develop metrics and experiments to measure the impact of product changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product-driven organizations.
• Strong data analysis skills with a track record of driving impact.
• Experience with SQL and familiarity with R and/or Python.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and experiment design.
• Experience with data sets in crypto, NFTs, and DeFi is a plus.
