What you will do

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc queries using IBM Cognos Analytics tools.
• Design and build metadata models using Framework Manager for accurate reporting.
• Optimize report performance and ensure data integrity through advanced data modeling.
• Integrate Cognos reports with enterprise systems and maintain documentation.
• Provide end-user support and training on Cognos tools and best practices.
• Collaborate in Agile teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable BI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data modeling and BI development with IBM Cognos.
• Strong expertise in IBM Cognos Analytics and Framework Manager.
• Proven ability to optimize report performance and provide end-user training.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Madison, WI, USA.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
